摘　　要：目的介绍犬改良原位背驮式肝移植供肝获取的技术细节。方法回顾性总结24只（包括4只预实验）犬改良原位背驮式肝移植供肝获取的技术细节。结果供肝切除时间平均32（28-36）min,修肝时间平均64（54-70）min。其中,门静脉灌注时间平均11（10-13）min,供肝热缺血时间0 min,冷缺血时间（直至复流前）平均180（152-224）min。获得无肝素的动脉全血300（180-350）ml。病理检查结果：肝细胞轻度水肿,其余无异常。供肝植入10 min后16只即有胆汁分泌,新肝功能良好。结论程序化、标准化获取供肝是犬肝移植获得成功的重要条件,也是保证实验结果可靠、一致的前提。Objective To summarize the technique details of donor liver removal for revised orthotopic piggyback liver transplantation in a canine model.Method The!technique details of donor liver removal in 24 dogs（including 4 dogs for preliminary experiments） for revised orthotopic piggyback liver transplantation were reviewed.Results During the operation in a expeditious manner,the details such as collection of blood,heparinization,perfusion and cooling of liver,removing and shearing the donor liver were revised.The mean donor liver removing time was 32（28～36）minutes,the donor liver constructing time was 64（54～70）minutes,the portal vein perfusion time was 11（10～13）minutes,the warm ischemia time was 0,and the mean cold ischemia time was 180（152～224）minutes.Mild edema of the hepatocytes was found in the donor liver by pathological examination.Good liver function was got with immediate choleresis after revascularization in 16 dogs. Conclusion In the revised canine orthotopic piggyback liver transplantation model,it is the key point to remove the donor liver in a standardization and programmed manner,for keeping the experimental results reliable and concordant.
