摘 要:目的了解黔东南州碘盐质量,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国碘盐监测方案》对黔东南州16县(市)碘盐采用直接滴定法(GB/T13025.7—1999)进行检测。结果2005~2006年共检测9213份居民户食盐,碘盐合格率为96.85%,碘盐覆盖率为99.36%,合格碘盐食用率为96.30%,非碘盐检出率为0.56%,盐碘均数为32.35mg/kg。同时检测盐库碘盐1944份,合格率为94、39%,均数为34、09mg/kg。结论黔东南州除从江县外,其余15县(市)的居民户合格碘盐食用率达到了国家消除IDD的控制标准,但多数县(市)碘盐质量有待提高。Objective To understand the situation of the iodized salt in household and production of Qiandongnan Pre- fecture, so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and controlling IDD. Methods Survey on the iodized salt in 16 counties or cities of Qiandongnan Prefecture according to "The Iodized "Salt Surveillance Execution Programme of Guizhou Province". The iodine content was detected by titration neutralization ( GB/T13025, 7 - 1999). Results 9 213 samples of edible salts in household had been examined from 2005 to 2006. The rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.85%, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.36%, the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.30%, the rate of non - iodinated salt was 0, 56%, and the mean iodine was 32. 35 mg/kg. At the same time, 1 944 samples of edible salts in production had been examined, The qualified rate of production level was 94.39%, and the mean iodine was 34.09 mg/kg. Conclusion The intake rate of qualified iodized salt in 15 counties or cities in Qiandongnan Prefecture have achieved the standards of eliminating IDD except Congjiang County, The quality of iodized salt should be improved in most counties or cities.
