摘　　要：目的:探讨EGFR蛋白定量水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床生物学行为及预后的关系.方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法定量检测30例NSCLC患者及17例良性肺疾病和健康对照者血清和组织中EGFR蛋白水平.结果:30例NSCLC患者血清和癌组织中EGFR蛋白水平升高(P<0.01),且EGFR蛋白水平与NSCLC患者TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05).但NSCLC患者术前血清EG-FR蛋白水平与术后3 d及10 d的血清水平无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:EGFR蛋白水平与NSCLC的发生、发展和转移密切相关,血清EGFR蛋白水平可作为评估NSCLC进展、复发和预后的有价值指标.AIM： To investigate the relation of the level of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor （EGFR）protein in serum and tumour tissue with clinical biological behaviour of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. METHODS： The level of EGFR protein in sera and tissues of 30 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 17 cases benign pulmonary diseases or healthy controls were examined. RESULTS： For the 30 NSCLC cases, the level of EGFR protein in sera and tumour tissues were higher （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; and the level of EGFR protein was positively related with TNM stages and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The preoperative serum level of EGFR protein was of no difference with the postoperative serum level （P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： EGFR protein may play an important role in tumor progression and malignant potential of non-small cell lung cancer, and the level of serum EGFR protein could be of prognostic significance.
