三峡库区外迁至上海市移民的心理健康现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解重庆市三峡库区外迁至上海市移民的心理健康现状.方法:采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对外迁至上海市崇明县的三峡移民和当地居民应用心理社会应激调查表(PSSG)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及社会支持量表(SSRS)进行心理健康状况的测量.结果:移民组PSSG表中生活事件、消极情绪体验、消极应对方式及应激总分低于当地居民组(P<0.01).移民的SCL-90总分及各因子得分与当地居民的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).移民的SSRS各指标得分与当地居民的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),但移民前主观支持和总体支持得分高于移民后(P<0.01).结论:崇明县移民的总体心理健康状况较好,但目前得到的社会支持要少于移民前.AIM： To analyze the mental health status of immigrants from Three Gorges Area to Shanghai City. METHODS： Immigrants from Three Gorges Area to Shanghai City and local residents were selected by the cluster-stratified randomized sampling method and there were three questionnaires used to determine the mental health status of the subjects, including Psychosocial Stress Survey for groups （PSSG） , Symptom Check-list 90 （SCL-90）, Social Support Rating Scale （ SSRS ）. RESULTS： The scores of life events, negative emotion, negative coping and PSSG total score in immigrants group were lower than that in local residents group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference of SCL-90 total score and all factor scores were not significant between immigrants and local residents groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The difference of SSRS total score and all factor scores were not significant between immigrants and local residents groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but the objective support score and total support score before moving were higher than that after moving （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION： Generally, mental health status of immigrants living in Chongqing County is good, but social supports they got are lower than before moving.
