摘　　要：倡导和谐理念、培育和谐精神有利于大学生合理规划职业生涯,而合理的大学生职业生涯规划有利于构建和谐校园,是和谐理念的具体体现。用和谐理念规划大学生职业生涯应从目标、能力、个性和变化四个方面去把握。Promoting the harmonious idea and cultivating the harmonious spirit are helpful for university students＇ career planing. While reasonable career planning of university students is helpful to build a harmonious campus, which is the detailed embodiment of the harmonious idea. In order to plan the career of university students with the harmonious idea, we should analyze it from four aspects： goal, ability, personality and change.
