摘  要:为对影响磺化反应的因素进行研究,以氯仿为溶剂,发烟硫酸和浓硫酸的混合物为磺化剂,用非均相磺化法对杂萘联苯聚醚酮进行磺化改性,制备磺化杂萘联苯聚醚酮(SPPEK),了解反应条件对磺化度的影响.制得SPPEK磺化度可在0.37-1.17调控.采用^1H-NMR和红外光谱对SPPEK的结构进行表征.以NMP为溶剂,制备均质膜.研究膜的含水率和溶胀率与磺化度和温度的关系,SPPEK膜的含水率为11.2%-52.4%,溶胀率为2.4%-17.3%.磺化度高于0.68的SPPEK膜的质子传导率大于0.01S/cm.Taking chloroform as solvent, and the mixture of oleum and concentrated sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent, sulfonated poly(phthalazinone ether ketone) s(SPPEKs) were prepared by using heterogenous sulfonation method. The effects of reaction conditions on degree of sulfonation (DS) were studied systematically. The DS of SPPEKs are controlled between 0.37 1.17. The SPPEK was characterized by using FT-IR and NMR spectrum. Homogeneous membrane was prepared by taking NMP as solvent. The effects of DS and temperature on water uptake and swelling ratio of polymers were studied. Water uptakes and swelling ratios of SPPEKs membrane films increase with DS increasing. Water uptake ratios of SPPEKs are between 11.2 % -- 52.4 %, and swelling ratios are between 2.4 % 17.3 %. The proton conductivity of SPPEK membrane is greater than 0.01S/cm when DS is higher than 0.68.
