摘　　要：探讨隐元留日不归的原因,不能只看清初福建的政治形势,要更多地从隐元的个性特点以及日方的态度演变来考察,才不至于失之偏颇。隐元在宗教事业上的执着精进是根本内因,而中方时局演变和日方态度变化则是外因。在外因中,江户幕府赐地开创的特殊礼遇是关键。It is claimed that discussing Yin Yuan＇ s staying in change should be more focused. the political situation in Fujian is not the only reason while Japan. Instead Yin＇ s own personality and Japan＇ s attitudinal Fundamentally,the internal cause for Yin Yuan＇ s stay in Ja- pan lies in his relentless religious pursuit,while the external causesare attributed to the then unsteady Chinese political situation and the changing attitude of Japan toward him, especially the exceptional favor-land bestowment initiated by Edo Shogunate.
