摘　　要：以沿海公路黄骅港区段湿软路基土方的填筑为背景,研究湿软高塑指土路基的填筑技术,阐述掺灰的作用机理,提出施工工艺,并对施工机械提出一定的要求。As background with filling of earthwork of wet - weak Subgrade at Huanghuangang section of coastal highway,the paper studies the filling techniques for subgrade with high plastic limit exponent, expounds action mechanism admixing the lime, puts forward construction technology and definite requirements for construction mechinery.
