摘　　要：学术越轨是学术人员或学术管理组织违背科学规范、学术制度和背离科学精神的行为。从文化视域看,其成因有宗族文化与关系文化、文化价值系统失衡,越轨亚文化的浸润,文化转型期规范文化的约束力下降及观念价值层次的文化变迁速度慢等因素。Impermissible academic behaviour refers to the behaviour against academic systems,scientific norms and scientific spirit.Such behaviour results from the influence of clan culture and relation culture,the imbalance of culture value system,the decline of standard culture's binding force and the sluggish change of value culture.
