摘　　要：本文介绍了海洋石油工程设备的定义、特点,并运用头脑风暴法对其采购风险进行了辨识,列出设备采购过程中的具体风险因素,供领导决策和采购人员工作参考,对提前预防风险,降低采购成本,加快工程进度,具有重要的意义。This paper introduces the offshore oil engineering equipment to the definition, characteristics, and its use of violence-a procurement risk identification, equipment listed in the procurement process specific risk factors for the leading policy-making and procurement work of reference, early prevention, to reduce costs, and accelerate the progress of the project is of great significance.
