摘　　要：混凝土自动搅拌站在工程建设中起到了重要的作用。本文介绍了一种以西门子S7-226可编程控制器为控制核心,触摸屏作为人机界面所开发的自动混凝土搅拌系统。具有良好的人机交互功能,提高了系统的可靠性、易操作性。详细描述了混凝土搅拌站自动控制系统的硬件结构和软件流程以及触摸屏的编程方法,提供一种实用的混凝土搅拌站自动化控制系统解决方案。Automatic concrete mixing plants play an important role in the work build. With the S7-226 programmer as control kernel the automatic concrete mixing plant has been designed by the touch screen as the Man-Machine interface, and the system has heightened the reliability of Man-Machine interface. This paper describes the hardware structure ,software flow and the program method of the touch panel, and provides the applied solved scheme of the control system of automatic concrete mixing plant.
