摘　　要：观察唾腺染色体，用舍蝇（MuscadomesticaVicina）作实验材料有许多优点。本文介绍了舍蝇的饲养及3龄幼虫的保存方法；对临时装片制作的改进也作了尝试。这些改进取得了良好的教学效果。The material of Musca domestica Vicina has many advantages to observation of salivary gland chromosome.
