靳氏舌三针治疗中风运动性失语症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察靳氏舌三针对中风运动性失语症的临床疗效。方法将76例患者随机分成靳氏舌三针治疗组和传统疗法对照组,治疗组穴位取"靳三针"之舌三针(上廉泉、左右旁廉泉);对照组采用传统治疗中风运动性失语症的穴位(哑门、廉泉、通里)。在2个疗程结束后分别统计分析临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为72.22%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舌三针治疗中风运动性失语症疗效较好,且操作简便。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jin＇ s tongue three needles in treating apoplectic motor aphasia. Methods Seventy-six patients were randomly allocated to a Jin＇ s tongue three needle treatment group and a conventional acupuncture control group. Tongue three needle points （ Shanglianquan and bilateral Panglianquan） of ＂Jin＇ s three needles＂ were selected in the treatment group and conventional points （ Yamen, Lianquan and Tongli ） for apoplectic motor aphasia, in the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect were statistically analyzed separately at the end of 2 treatment courses. Results The total efficacy rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tongue three needles have a good therapeutic effect on apoplectic motor aphasia and are easy to perform.
