摘  要:针对某台墙式燃烧锅炉严重高温腐蚀和低负荷运行飞灰可燃物含量高的问题,从旋流燃烧器的特点、燃烧器布置分式等方面进行了分析。分析结果认为,燃煤质量下降、炉内局部缺氧燃烧、锅炉设备适应能力差是造成锅炉严重高温腐蚀和低负荷运行飞灰可燃物含量高的主要原因。在燃煤质量无法保证的条件下,通过燃烧器系统的改进以减少备用燃烧器的冷却风量是解决该问题的一条可行的技术途径。Directing against the problems of serious high temperature corrosion and high content of unburned combustibles in fly ash under low load of one wall -firing boiler,analysis had been carried out from aspects of cyclonic burner features and layout mode of the burners. It was believed that the main causes leading to serious high temperature corrosion and high content of unburned combustibles in fly ash under low load of the boiler was as follows decreasing of the fuel coal quatily,burning under partial shortage of oxygen in the furnace,and bad suitability of the boiler equipment. Under condition in which the fuel coal quality can not be ensured, a feasible technical way for solving the above - mentioned problems is decreasing the cooling air amout for standby burners through retrofitting the burners system.
