摘  要:通过对神头第一发电厂7号机组运行汽轮机油、补加新油和再生油油样进行红外光谱分析、T501抗氧剂含量分析及不同温度下的开口杯老化试验,发现运行汽轮机油劣化的内在因素是T501抗氧剂完全消耗和补加新油中含有有机酯,外在因素为机组油系统存在过热点,冷油器冷却效果不好,对此提出了改进建议。Through infrared spectroscopy analysis,T501 antioxidant content analysis,and open cup ageing test under different temperature for oil samples from turbine oil in operation of unit no. 7 in Shentou Power Plant No. 1, from new turbine oil for replenishment, and from the regenerated turbine oil, it is discovered that the internal factors of turbine oil deterioration are the T501 antioxidant being fully consumed and organic ester existing in the newly added turbine oil,and the external factors are over- temperature points are ex isting in oil system of the unit and the cooling effect of oil cooler is not good. For these, recommendations of improvement have been put forward.
