摘  要:从文化视角透视学术自由的演进历程可以看出,学术自由是一个根植于西方社会的概念,西方社会根深蒂固的"自由"与"理性"传统是大学学术自由得以孕育而生并延绵不绝的关键所在。作为现代大学制度合理内核的学术自由能否成功移植,不仅取决于大学组织自身的特点,还取决于大学组织所置身的文化环境。学术自由在我国大学的实现不仅需要解决制度创新问题,更需要文化的创新。我国文化创新之根本在于恢复人的主体地位,使人获得真正的自由。The cultural perspective of the progress of the academic freedom shows that academic freedom is a concept deeply rooted in the western society with the tradition of the "freedom" and "reason". As the reasonable key inside the modern university system, whether the academic freedom can be transplanted successfully,not only lies on the characteristics of the university organization itself, but also on the cultural environment in which the university organization exists. The realization of the academic freedom in Chinese universities needs not only innovation of system, but also that of culture. The basic work of the cultural innovation of China lies in the liberation of human-beings so as to acquire a real freedom.
