计算机荧屏暴露时间对大学生视觉与全身症状的影响

摘　　要：目的了解计算机荧屏暴露时间对人体视觉与全身症状的影响,为探讨和建立干预措施和膳食与健康指南提供依据。方法对北京市4所重点大学在校本科生和研究生2222名进行问卷调查,了解计算机荧屏暴露时间、眼部症状与全身症状,对不同学校、不同年级学生荧屏暴露时间与眼及全身症状的关系进行比较。结果4所大学在校学生每日计算机荧屏暴露时间平均(5.20±3.06)h,随着年级的增长,荧屏暴露时间延长,暴露时间越长,眼与全身症状越明显,发生率最高的是视力下降(42.7%)、视物模糊(39.3%)、眼干(38.3%)、困倦(48.4%)和颈痛(38.1%)。结论长时间计算机荧屏暴露不利于眼与全身健康。应加强对大学生的健康教育,防止计算机荧屏暴露对人体健康的损害。Objective To find out the impacts of computer screen exposure on college students＇visual and general symptoms,and to provide bases for establishing intervention measures and guides of diet and health. Methods By use of questionnaire, a survey was carried out in 2 222 undergraduate and graduate students from four key universities in Beijing to find out their exposure time to computer screens and their eye symptoms and general symptoms. The relationship between computer screen exposure time and their visual as well as general symptoms was analyzed and compared among students in different grades and universities. Results On average, the exposure time to computer screens for all the students was （5.20 ± 3.06 ） h/d and the mean exposure time increased with grade. Detailed analysis showed that the longer the exposure time was, the more serious the visual and gelleral symptoms became. The frequently occurred symptoms were eyesight decline （42.7%） , vision blurring （39.3%） , eye dryness （38.3%） , fatigue （48.4%） and neck pain （38. 1% ）. Conclusion Long time exposure to computer screens is harmful to visual and general health. Therefore, health education should be strengthened to prevent the side effects of computer screen exposure in college students.
