中山市高一年级学生血脂水平分析

摘　　要：目的了解中山市高一年级学生的血脂水平,为青少年预防和控制血脂异常提供科学依据。方法整群随机抽取中山市4所学校的高一年级学生691名,进行空腹血脂水平检测,检测项目包括TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C。结果TC,LDL-C,HDL-C水平女生均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);TC,LDL-C异常率女生均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。不同年龄高中生TC,TG,LDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。LDL-C水平城区学生高于镇区学生,差异有统计学意义;HDL-C水平镇区学生高于城区学生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C异常率城区均高于镇区,但差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论女生和城区学生的血脂水平和血脂异常率较高。应加强营养知识宣传教育,改正不良饮食习惯,降低成年后心血管疾病发生的危险性。Objective To analyze blood lipids of senior high school students in Zhongshan city, and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of abnormal blood lipids. Methods By cluster sampling, 691 students in grade one were randomly chosen from 4 senior high schools in Zhongshan. Fasting blood serum was collected to determine total cholesterol （TC ） , tfiglyceride （ TG ） , high-density lipopretein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） and low-density lipoprotem cholesterol （ LDL - C ） . Results The TC, LDL - C and HDL - C level of girl students was significantly higher than that of boy students （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The TC and LDL - C abnormal rate of girl students was higher than that of boy students （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference among students of different age groups On TC, TG and LDL - C level. The LDL - C level of urban students was significantly higher than that of town students and the HDL - C level was significantly lower than that of town students （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C abnormal rate of urban students was higher than that of town students, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion The level of blood lipids and abnormal late are higher among girls and urban students. Nutritional education should be strengthened to correct food habits and reduce risk factors of cardiovascular diseases in adulthood.
