摘 要:三峡升船机安全锁定机构采用长螺母柱、旋转锁定短螺杆系统。其结构复杂,施工难度大,国内外尚无成熟经验和设计案例可供借鉴,也无专门规范可供遵循。为此,特通过1∶1局部仿真模型对其设计部门和有关专家关心的重大技术问题,即灌浆工艺能否满足灌浆材料的密实性和流动性;灌浆材料能否传递1500多t的巨大荷载;预应力螺栓和预应力钢筋对结构作用效果如何等,进行试验验证。试验结果表明,上述3方面的问题均能满足设计要求。Long nut posts and rotary locking short rods are adopted in TGP ship hit satety mechanism. The structure is complex, difficult to construct, and moreover, there are no systematic experience, no any case and no a special specification to use for reference. There exist three important technology issues concerned by design- ers and experts, i.e. whether the grouting process is able to ensure the compactibility and the fluidity of the grouting materials, whether the grouting materials is able to transfer the 1 500 kN load, and how the effect of the prestressed bolts and prestressed reinforcements on framework is. Therefore, the scale 1 : 1 structure model was made to simulate the above mentioned status experiments. The results of the test in those three issues are able to meet to the design index.
