摘　　要：[背景]探讨仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤的疗效.[病例报告]采用仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤19例,术后随访3个月-3年,放射线评定采用Matta标准,临床疗效评定采用Majeed标准.19例中放射线评定结果满意者为15例,良好者为4例;临床效果评定结果满意者为8例,良好者为10例,差者为1例.术后1例出现骨不连,给行骨植入术治疗后愈合.[讨论]采用仰卧位C形臂引导下经皮骶髂螺钉固定治疗骨盆后环损伤具有安全、有效及创伤小等优点.BACKGROUNDTo discuss the curative effects of supine position with C-arm fluoroscopic guided percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation for posterior pelvis ring injury.CASE REPORTS19 cases of the posterior pelvis ring injury were treated by using the supine position with C-arm fluoroscopic guided percutaneous iliosacral screw fixation,and followed up from 3 months to 3 years after operation,and the radiological results and the clinical effective results were evaluated by using Matta method and Majeed method,respectively.The outcomes of radiological evaluation were excellent in 15 cases and good in 4 cases,and the outcomes of clinical evaluation were excellent in 8 cases,good in 10,and poor in 1.Nonunion developed in 1 case,but cured by the treatment of bone implanting.DISCUSSIONThe treatment of posterior pelvis ring injury with the supine position with C-arm fluoroscopic guided percutaneous iliosacral screws fixation is a safe,effective,mini-vulnerarious technique.
