摘　　要：介绍了火电机组DEH中一次调频的原理、实现、调频参数的设置方法及其对控制系统稳定性的影响,以邹县1000MW机组为例,对如何实现DEH中一次调频快速性的同时保证其调频能力提出了建议与解决方法。The article introduces the theory and application of power plant＇s frequency adjustment in DEH, and how to design it＇s parameters, analyzing the control system. For example, Zouxian 10000MW power plant, gives some advices for how to improve frequency adjustment＇s speed and ability.
