摘　　要：公安基层基础工作是整个公安工作的根基,是各项公安事业长远发展的基石。反恐斗争关系到国家安全、社会稳定、经济发展、各民族人民的安居乐业。搞好公安基层基础建设对反恐斗争的重要意义体现在:搞好公安基层基础建设能为反恐斗争奠定良好的组织基础;能为反恐斗争强化管理和防范基础;能为反恐斗争带来及时准确的情报基础;能为反恐斗争扩展广泛的群众基础;能为反恐斗争准备坚实的科技基础;能为反恐斗争提供充足的保障基础。Public Order grass-roots work is the foundation of the entire public security work, the public security is the cornerstone of long-term development of the cause. The fight against terrorism related to national security, social stability, economic development, the people of all ethnic groups to live and work. Do a good job in public security building at the basic level of the importance of the fight against terrorism embodied in： improve public security building at the basic level for the fight against terrorism will lay a good foundation for the organization; for the fight against terrorism to strengthen management and prevention foundation; for the fight against terrorism with timely and accurate intelligence basis; for the struggle against terrorism extend an extensive mass foundation; for the fight against terrorism for a solid technology foundation; for the fight against terrorism based on the provision of adequate protection.
