摘 要:目的探讨病区开设营养餐厅对糖尿病患者病情控制的效果。方法将180例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组进行营养知识课堂教育、互动及一对一指导;观察组在此基础上增加烹饪实践课指导及现场烹饪实践,并在病区营养餐厅用餐。结果出院时观察组营养知识掌握程度显著优于对照组(P<0.01);干预后3个月两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及体重指数(BMI)比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);干预后3个月观察组胰岛素用量显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论病区开设营养餐厅更有利于糖尿病患者掌握饮食控制的原则和方法,从而更有效地控制血糖。Objective To explore the effect of nutritional restaurant opened in ward on tne control of diabetic patients' condition. Methods A total of 180 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into a control group and an observation group equally. In the control group, nutrition knowledge were provided by classroom education, interaction between nurses and patients and one-on-one instruction, while those in the observation group were given cooking instructions, opportunities for cooking and having dinners in the nutritional restaurant in ward on the basis of the control group. Results The mastery of nutrition knowledge in the observation group was obviously better than those in the control group when discharging (P〈0.01) ; After 3 months' intervention, the values of FBG, 2hPBG, HbAlc, TC, TG and BMI showed significant differences between the two groups (P〈0. 01 for all) ; and the amount of insulin used in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Nutritional restaurant opened in ward is more beneficial to diabetic patients to grasp the principles and methods of diet control, then more effectively control blood sugar.
