摘　　要："联户联保"组织管理模式核心内容是"三表一册","三表"指十户联保责任登记表、农药购买使用情况登记表、热线服务联系表,"一册"指无公害农产品生产手册。"十户联保"在榆中全县大面积实施,并在全市大面积推广。并被农业部列为全国推广计划。＇The multi-household enterprise joint guarantee＇ organization manages pattern is a project initiated in 2005 by Ministry of Agriculture, which is completed by the Lanzhou City agricultural center and the Yuzhong County farming and animal husbandry bureau together. The core content is ＇three table and one volume＇, ＇three tables＇ refers to ten household joint guarantee responsibility registration form, the agricultural chemicals purchase service condition registration form, the hot line service relation table, ＇one volume＇ refers to the non-environmental damage agricultural product production handbook. ＇joint guarantee of ten households＇ in siberian elm county-wide area is implemented, and in whole city big area is promoted. And it is listed as the national promotion plan by Ministry of Agriculture, Chian.
