新戊二醇的气相色谱法分析

摘　　要：气相色谱法定量测定新戊二醇，色谱柱为ＯＶ－１７／ｃｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＷＨＰ，回收率为９６％～１０３％，变异系数＜５％，方法简便，快速，准确。A method of quanlitative analysis of 2,2 Dimethyl 1,3 propanediolhas been studied by GC FID,the gas chromatographic conditions as follows, colomn;packed with 3% OV 17 on chromosorb W HP,column temperature:170℃, injector temperature:200℃,carrier gas:N 2 50ml/min,the recovery were 96%～103%,the coefficients of variation were less 5%,the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
