摘  要:通过对糖腈乙酰酯衍生条件的优化,建立了一种测定土壤水解性单糖的糖腈乙酰酯衍生气相色谱分析方法。8种单糖线性范围为10~640!g,检出限(3S/N)在1.4~4.2ng之间,样品加标平均回收率为100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5~6.3%。试验结果表明该方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高,可准确可靠地应用于土壤单糖含量的测定。This paper established a method for the determination of soil monosaccharides by gas chromatography as aldononitrile acetates derivatives after optimizing the derivativation condition including the amount of derivatization reagent, reaction time, and the volume of extraction reagents. Linearity of the 8 monosaccharides was in the range of 10 -6401μg and detection limit of the method was in the range of 1.4-4.2ng. The averaged recovery of the 8 monosaccharides was 100.1% and the value of RSD was in the range of 1.5%-6.3%. These results showed that this method was simple, sensitive, and accurate for the analysis of soil samples.
