摘　　要：介绍了压缩机工作原理及现场增压机二级气阀损坏情况,分析了损坏原因,提出了用冷却吸附干燥机分离气流中的水分来提高增压机二级气阀寿命的方法,实践证明该方法能够解决二级气阀寿命过短问题。Started with the principle of booster compressor, the damage situation of booster compressor＇s 2 nd stage valves is stated and it is analyzed why the valves were damaged, it is pointed out that the way to improve the life of booster eompressor＇s 2nd stage valves by using the air dryer in order to separate the water from the air flow. It is proved that the problem has been solved and the life of 2nd stage valves was improved.
