新型胶筒式循环充填防砂工具的设计与应用

摘　　要：针对滨南采油厂疏松砂岩出砂油藏所用皮碗式循环充填防砂工具和卡瓦式充填防砂工具存在的一系列弊端,研制应用了新型无卡瓦胶筒式循环充填工具。该工具没有卡瓦,采用胶筒替代皮碗密封,通过投球打压胀开胶筒,利用工具自锁装置防止胀开的胶筒回弹,施工结束后胶筒留在井内密封油套环空。现场应用表明,该工具具有性能可靠、施工简便、密封压力高、打捞方便等优点,克服了皮碗及卡瓦式充填防砂工具存在的弊端,具有广阔的应用前景。A series of defects exist in the cup circulation pack sand control tools and slip filling sand control tools currently used in Binnan unconsolidated sandstone reservoir. A new type of non-slip rubber cylinder flow pack tool is developed. The tool has no slip, uses rubber cylinder instead of cup to seal, and the cylinder is expanded by dropping push. Tools self-locking devices are applied to prevent the rebound of expanding rubber cylinder and the cylinder is on the left in the well to seal casing tubing annulus after the treatment is finished. The tool is reliable, simple in construction, convenient to fishing, has high sealing pressure, and overcomes the disadvantages existing in the cup and slip filling sand control tools. Good results are achieved through application and broad application prospects can be seen.
