摘  要:冷弯型钢较热轧型钢具有诸多优点,且在国外输电线路铁塔中已经得到应用。为掌握冷弯型钢输电铁塔的受力特点并考虑节点连接的合理性,冷弯型钢真型塔试验全部采用冷弯角钢。设计1基220kV双回路冷弯型钢输电铁塔,进行断线、安装、大风等工况下的力学性能试验,测定相应工况下冷弯角钢铁塔的位移和杆件应力。结果表明,通过合理优化冷弯型钢断面尺寸,可以解决输电铁塔设计时用大规格代替小规格问题,节约钢材4%以上。试验结果为我国冷弯型钢输电铁塔设计应用提供了参考和依据。Compared to hot-wiled profiled steel, cold-bending profiled steel has many advantages and has been applied in foreign transmission tower constructions. To understand loading characters of transmission tower using cold-bending profiled steel, and considering node connection rationality, cold-bending angle steel is used in the entire experimental full scale transmission tower. One 220 kV double-circuit cold-bending steel tower is designed to perform mechanical property tests under line broken, installation, and gale conditions and measure corresponding tower displacements and stresses. Results show that through optimizing cress-section size, it is possible to solve the problem of using large sized bar to replace smaller ones in tower design, which reduces steel consumption up to more than 40%. Test results provide references and basis for our nation's transmission tower design.
