摘　　要：信息资源共享作为信息社会中社会资源配置的重要问题之一,关乎社会经济和民主自由的发展水平。而一种合适的信息资源共享模式则是信息资源共享顺利进行的条件,creative commons许可协议正是这样一个简单灵活解决信息资源共享中利益冲突问题的方式和途径。本文就CC许可协议的产生发展以及应用范围和应用情况进行详细的综述,从而为人们全面地了解CC的状况提供一个参考的途径,并藉此来推广creative commons在国内的发展。Information resources sharing which is one of the most important issues among community resource allocation in the information society, concerns the development level of society, economic, democracy and freedom. An appropriate information resource sharing model is the condition of sharing of information resources smoothly, and creative commons license is just such a simple and flexible ways and means to deal with some conflicts of interest in information resources sharing. This paper has detailed overview the cc license＇s formation and its scope of application, and then supplies other people with a channel to fully understand cc＇s situation.
