本玉系列玉米自交系及杂交种选育与应用

摘　　要：育种家王树功先生组建的玉米育种课题组用美国玉米杂交种Ci7×L289选育二环系78-6;再用H84作抗原,改良78-6,育成高产、抗病、高配合力自交系7884-7;用国外02玉米转育高赖氨酸玉米自交系;用当地硬粒玉米作修饰基因改良02玉米选育(Q.P.M)优质蛋白玉米自交系。其中育成国审品种本玉9号、本玉15、本玉18;省审品种本玉11、本玉12、本玉13等本玉系列玉米杂交种,成为我国中熟、中晚熟玉米品种的重要组成部分;育成本高4号是辽宁省第1个、全国第2个高赖氨酸玉米杂交种;育成本优1号是东北地区第一个优质蛋白玉米杂交种。同时,育成了一批中熟、高产、优质、抗病和高配合力的本玉系列玉米自交系群体。Corn breeding task force, founded by breeder Mr. WANG Shugong, uses the U.S. hybrid corn variety Ci7×L289 to screen and breed recycled line 78-6. The improvement on 78-6 with H84 as antigen leads to the inbred line 7884-7 of High yield, disease resistance, and high combing ability; use overseas corn 02 to breed inbred lines of lysine corn; use local flint corn as modifier to improve corn 02 and breed quality protein corn （ Q.P.M ） inbred lines. Benyu series of hybrid corn, such as Benyu series State certified Benyu 9, Benyu 15, Benyu 18 and Province certified Benyu 11, Benyu 12 and Benyu 13, have become an important part of medium and late medium corn varieties in China. Bengao 4 is the first hybrid lysine corn in Liaoning Province and the second in China. Benyou 1 is the first hybrid Q.P.M in Northeast China. Meanwhile, Benyu corn inbred series have been bred of medium maturity, high yield, high quality, disease resistance and high combining ability.
