摘　　要：１０４例糖尿病患者肝功能检查发现低蛋白血症５６例．男女患病率相仿，与血糖水平、尿蛋白排泄有关．提示糖尿病患者大多数存在营养不良．高血糖及糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者并发低蛋白血症的重要因素．治疗上在积极控制血糖的同时应加强优质蛋白的补充，预防糖尿病肾病的发生．were found with hypoproteinemia of 104 diabetes patients,in liver function tests.The hypoproteinemia in diabetes patients was closely associated with the sugar level in blood and excretion of protein from urine,indicating malnutrition in most diabetes patients.Hypersugaremia and diabetes nephtherpathy were the main factors for the hypoproteinemia.The treatment should be aimed to control sugar level in the blood and supply actively excellent protiens,so as to prevent nephtherpathy.
