^(153)Sm-EDTMP联合热疗治疗骨转移癌骨痛28例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨153Sm-EDTMP联合热疗治疗骨转移癌骨痛的疗效。方法:根据患者对治疗方法的选择,将54例骨转移癌患者分为对照组26例和治疗组28例,对照组仅给予153Sm-EDTMP静脉注射;治疗组在静脉注射153Sm-EDTMP的基础上给予热疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组发生1级、2级、3级疼痛人数多于对照组,发生4级、5级、6级疼痛的人数较对照组明显减少,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组骨痛治疗有效率为75.0%,好转率为17.9%,无效率为7.1%;对照组骨痛治疗有效率为34.6%,好转率为23.1%,无效率为42.3%,两组疗效比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:153Sm-EDTMP联合热疗或单独静脉注射153Sm-EDTMP都是治疗骨转移癌患者骨痛的有效方法,而153Sm-EDTMP联合热疗效果更佳。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of ^153 Sm - EDTMP combined with thermotherapy in the treatment of bone pain of metastatic cancer of bone. Methods ： All 54 patients with bone cancer were divided into control group （ n = 26） and treatment group（n = 28 ）. The patients in control group were injected ^153 Sm -EDTMP and patients in treatment group were given extra thermotherapy on basis of the treatment with ^153 Sm - EDTMP and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results ： The number of patients with pain of grade 1, 2 and 3 in treatment group was more than that in control group. As for the pain of grade 4, 5 and 6, there were less patients in treatment group than in control group. There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate in treatment group was 75.0%, effectual rate was 17.9% and the ineffective rate was 7.1%. That in the control group was 34.6%, 23.1% and 42.3% respectively. There was significant difference in the comparison of curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The therapy of ^153 Sm - EDTMP combined with thermotherapy has a better effect although using ^153 Sm - EDTMP only was also effective in the treatment of bone pain of metastatic cancer of bone.
