摘　　要：血液透析血管通路分为临时性和永久性通路。本文重点介绍永久性血管通路标准内瘘具备的条件,建立动静脉内瘘的时机,对患者的血管进行评估和设计,术中注意事项及并发症的处理。The vascular access for hemodialysis includes temporary and permanent ones. This article mainly introduces the forming condition of typical internal fistula in permanent vascular access, the opportunity to establish internal arteriovenous fistula, the evaluation and design of patients＇ vessels, as well as the pitfalls in operation and the management of complications.
