摘 要:绝缘子串雷闪或污闪后,后续的工频电弧会烧伤甚至损坏绝缘子,为此研究了用于保护绝缘子的并联间隙防雷保护装置。介绍了并联间隙防雷保护在国内外的研究和应用状况,采用自己研制的样品研究了结构简单、安装方便适用于110kV和220kV等级V型悬垂绝缘子串和I型悬垂绝缘子串的并联间隙防雷保护装置;充分考虑电网未来发展需求后确定了具体的试验方案且110kV和220kV绝缘子串并联间隙试验的短路电流均为50kA,短路持续时间均为0.2s。在西安高压电器研究所大容量检测试验室对样品进行的大电流燃弧试验证明,沿绝缘子串表面产生的50kA工频电弧约0.01s的时间便可移动到招弧角端部灼烧;招弧角可耐受50kA工频电弧持续燃烧0.2s并能保护绝缘子免受电弧灼烧。因此,绝缘子并联间隙防雷方式是一种合理有效的防雷保护措施,值得在我国输电线路上推广应用。For protecting the insulators from the possible damage caused by lightning flashover and pollution flashovers which are followed by high power arc current, the parallel gap lightning protection devices can be installed on insulators strings. The research and application status of this technology both at home and abroad are introduced. The parallel gap lightning protection devices on Ⅴ type & Ⅰ type suspension insulator strings of the 110 kV and 220 kV transmission line are developed and designed. The parallel gap devices have simple structure and assemble easy. In view of the future needs of power system development, a test method is proposed, test short-circuit current value is 50 kA, the withstand time of arc is 0.2 s. With the devices samples the power frequency arc burning characteristics are investigated in high power laboratory of XIHARI (Xi' an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute) of China. These tests prove that the devices can protect insulator strings, power frequency arc with 50 kA along insulator string edge can move away to the end of arcing horn in 0.01 s approximately, moreover, the devices can withstand power frequency arc with 50 kA/0.2 s. The research indicates that the parallel gap lightning protection is an available lightning protection measure, and it has a bright future for application on the transmission lines of China.
