摘  要:目的:探索识别正品与非正品川郁金的检测方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对不同品种的郁金进行直接测定,并进行聚类分析;采用差热分析法对4种样品进行分析研究。结果:FTIR聚类分析结果显示4个样品分为2组,温郁金、黄丝郁金及桂郁金为一组,川郁金单独为一组;差热分析结果显示4种药材的DTA曲线均有区别,川郁金与其他3种区别最大。结论:可以建立用FTIR/聚类分析及结合差热分析法(DTA)对郁金的不同品种进行鉴定,本法简便、快速,结果准确。OBJECTIVE To study the difference of official varieties of Radix curcumae and unofficial varieties. METHODS Samples were directly measure using horizontal attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (HATR- FTIR) ,then studied the kindred of them by cluster analysis and Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA). RESULTS The cluster analysis results showed that four samples separated into two groups. The populations of Curcuma chuanyujin C. K. Hsieh et H. Zhang from different areas in a cluster. The DTA results showed obvious differences between the DTA curves of them. CONCLUSION A method for determination the relationship of different varieties of official varieties of radix curcumae and its confusable varieties was estublished. The methods is accurate, rapid and simple.
