围手术期抗菌药物应用的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的现状,评估其用药的合理性。方法:回顾性调查各类手术切口围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况,从适应证、药物选择、用量用法、联合用药、围手术期用药时间和不良反应的处理等方面进行合理性分析。结果:360例手术患者的抗菌药物应用存在某些不合理现象。主要表现在药物选择起点高,部分用药超量,未按药物的药动学特征分次给药,药物联用不合理,围手术期用药时间不规范,尤其是在术后用药时间过长。结论:我院的围手术期抗菌药物不合理用药现象比较严重,应加强管理,规范应用,保证临床用药的安全、有效和经济。OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the usage of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period and to evaluate the rationalization of antibiotics use. METHODS The use of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period were studied retrospectively. The item incudes indication, drug choice, dosage and administration, combined use of drug, timing of administration and adverse rection. RESULTS The use of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in our hospital has some problems. The patterns of irrational drug use were manifested in the following forms, the high level of antibiotics choice, overdose of some drugs, no administration according to the drugs pharmacodynamic feature, inapproiate combined use of drug, unstandardied timing of antibiotics in perioperative period, espicially inappropriate prolongation in postoperative. CONCLUSION The irrational applications of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period is more serious. Hospital should strengthen the managemen of antibiotiac, doctors should standardize the prophylactic use of antibiotic to essure the drug application satety, effectivity and economic.
