摘　　要：选用乙氧基封端的有机硅低聚体对环氧树脂进行改性,用酚醛树脂作体系的固化剂,对比了改性树脂及涂料制备中时间、温度及用料比例对涂膜性能的影响,制备了一种兼有有机硅、环氧和酚醛树脂优点的可耐500℃以上的高温涂料。A silicone oligomer terminated with ethoxy group was used to modify epoxy resin at the presence of phenolic resin as curing agent. The influence of reaction time, temperature and the proportion of the materials on the paint performance were discussed in detail. A kind of heat - resistant coatings with features of silicone, epoxy and phenolic resin was prepared, and can be used at over 500℃.
