摘　　要：在车间面积受限制的情况下,为保证产品生产纲领,同时考虑投资及运行成本,涂装生产线布置成双线并行的形式。相对于通常的涂装生产线,这对涂装设备的具体结构形式有一定特殊要求,特别是对前处理设备。本文对一条汽车内饰件的双线并行涂装生产线中的前处理设备进行实例分析。Due to restricted area of workshop and cost concern of investment and operation, the painting tine shoutd be ptaced in a paralleling way in order to ensure the desirable production. Therefore, speciat requirements are set to the painting tine, especially pretreatment equipment if compared with the conventional painting tines. This paper discusses some cases retated to pretreatment equipment of the two -tine painting tine for automotive inner decoration.
