摘 要:采用A/O法代替普通活性污泥法对建材废水进行处理,考察其在低温条件下对COD的去除效果。结果表明,A/O工艺对COD的去除效果较稳定,当进水COD为1200~1600mg/L时,出水COD<100mg/L,去除率>92%,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。与原有普通活性污泥法相比,A/O法能耗较少,运行费用较低,处理后水质较稳定,处理效率较高。The building material wastewater was treated by A/O process instead of conventional activated sludge process. The COD removal efficiency of A/O process under low temperature condition was investigated. The results show that the COD removal efficiency of A/O process is stable. When the influent COD is 1 200 to 1 600 mg/L, the effluent COD is less than 100 mg/L and the COD removal efficiency is more than 92% , reaching the first class discharge standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). Compared to conventional activated sludge process, A/O process has merits of low energy consumption, low operation cost, stable effluent quality and high treatment efficiency.
