人工合成的棉属异源四倍体(亚洲棉×司笃克氏棉)种质的胚胎发育

摘　　要：对异源四倍体（亚洲棉×司笃克氏棉）种质的胚胎发育研究结果表明：该种质开花前正常发育的成熟胚囊为８８．９％，开花后自然授粉双受精率８１．１％，其它表现异常。在异常的胚胎发育中，未受精胚囊的卵细胞和中央细胞退化留下残体；在单受精的胚囊内，胚或胚乳因发育不协调而停止，最后解体。对照陆地棉鄂荆１号的成熟胚囊和授粉后正常胚胎发育达９５％。Embryonal development on allotetraploid of (G. arboreum×G. stocksii) was studied, and the results showed that normal ripening embryo sac was 88.9% on the day prior to anthesis, and double fertilization of ovules was 81.1% after anthesis, others were abnormal. The egg and polar nucleus unfertilized in embryo sac were degenerated and remained trace. The developing embryo and endosperm in single fertilization embryo sac were stopped by uncooperation and disintegrated. The ripening embryo sac and normal development embryo of G. hirsutum (CK: Ejing 1) were 95%.
