摘  要:使用4种哺乳动物抗血清;胰高血糖素(glucagon,Glu),胃泌素(Gastrin,Gas),生长抑素(somatostation,Som)5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT),采用过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-Peroxidase,简称S-P法)免疫细胞化学技术,对尼罗非鲫(Tilapianilotica,简称非鲫)和短盖巨脂鲤(Colosomabrachypomum,简称白鲳)的胃肠胰(Gastro-Entero-Pancreatic,GEP)内分泌系统进行了研究。结果表明:2种鱼的消化道和胰岛都不同程度地存在APUD(AminePrecursorUptakeandDecarboxylation)细胞的分布。除了Glu在消化道中为阴性外,其余3种抗体在2种鱼的消化道中均有阳性特异性反应,其中5-HT细胞最多,Som次之,Gas仅存在于白鲳贲门上皮细胞之间。在2种鱼的胰岛中均鉴别出Glu细胞,Som细胞仅分布在非鲫的胰岛中。本文描述了不同部位内分泌细胞的分布密度和形态学特征并讨论了它们分布的特点。By using 4 kinds of antisera raised against mammalian hormones: glucagon (Glu), gastrin (Gas), somatostatin (Som) and 5hydroxytryptamine (5HT), the gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) endocrine system of nile tilapia (Tilapia nilotica) and freshwater pomfret (Colossoma brachypomum) were studied with an immunocytochemical technique of streptavidin labelled peroxidase. The results showed that there were distribution of these amine precursor uptake and decarboxylaiton (APUD) cells in the digestive tract mucosa and pancreatic island in varying degress. Positive specific reaction of 3 kinds of antisera was found in the digestive tract of 2 fish species except glucagon antiserum. The 5HT positive reactive cells were the largest in the disgestive tract and the somatostatincells were the second. The gastrincells located only among the cardiac epithelial cells space. The glucagoncells were identified in the pancreatic island of the two fish species. The somatostatincells were only observed in the pancreatic island of nile tilapia. The morphologic characteristics of endocrine cells were described and their distribution feature were discussed.
