摘　　要：对９种泡桐的根尖进行了压片观察，经染色体配对后作核型分析，结果表明：９种泡桐的染色体绝对长度多在２μｍ以下，染色体数目均为２ｎ＝４０，其中有６种泡桐的染色体数目为首次报道。染色体核型公式分别为（１２～３４）ｍ＋（２４～２）ｓｍ＋４Ｔ，其中毛泡桐、楸叶泡桐、白花泡桐、兰考泡桐分别在第７对和第１６对染色体上具有一随体，染色体核型类型除楸叶泡桐为２Ａ型外，其余８种均为２Ｂ型。The chromosome karyotype of 9 species of genus Paulownia were analysized after the chromosomes on the cells of the apexes of there roots had been observed and had been made a pairs. The rnsults of the analysis indicate that the absolute length of most chromosomes of the 9 species of genus Paulwnia are below 2 μm, and the number of chromosome of all speices is 40. It is the first time that the number of chromosomes of 6 species among them have been reported. The karyotype formula of the 9 species of genus Paulownia is respectively: (12～34)m+(24～2)sm+4T. There is a pair SAT on the No.7 chromosome of P. tomentosa and P. catalpifolia and the No.16 chromosome of P. fortunei and P. elongata. The type of karyotype of P. catalpifolia is 2A and the others is 2B.
