摘 要:对9种泡桐的根尖进行了压片观察,经染色体配对后作核型分析,结果表明:9种泡桐的染色体绝对长度多在2μm以下,染色体数目均为2n=40,其中有6种泡桐的染色体数目为首次报道。染色体核型公式分别为(12~34)m+(24~2)sm+4T,其中毛泡桐、楸叶泡桐、白花泡桐、兰考泡桐分别在第7对和第16对染色体上具有一随体,染色体核型类型除楸叶泡桐为2A型外,其余8种均为2B型。The chromosome karyotype of 9 species of genus Paulownia were analysized after the chromosomes on the cells of the apexes of there roots had been observed and had been made a pairs. The rnsults of the analysis indicate that the absolute length of most chromosomes of the 9 species of genus Paulwnia are below 2 μm, and the number of chromosome of all speices is 40. It is the first time that the number of chromosomes of 6 species among them have been reported. The karyotype formula of the 9 species of genus Paulownia is respectively: (12~34)m+(24~2)sm+4T. There is a pair SAT on the No.7 chromosome of P. tomentosa and P. catalpifolia and the No.16 chromosome of P. fortunei and P. elongata. The type of karyotype of P. catalpifolia is 2A and the others is 2B.
