水利科学数据共享的现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：通过欧美等发达国家和国际组织的科学数据共享现状调研分析,结合我国现行水利科学数据共享管理运行模式,以及水利科学数据共享的发展现状和存在的问题,吸取国外在科学数据共享工作中的模式经验,为我国水利科学数据共享的实施提供启发和借鉴。提出了共享机制的构建模式,共享技术标准体系和建立稳定持续的科学数据共享平台的建议。Studies on data sharing of the developed countries and international organization are conducted. The current management model of data-sharing in China is also examined, such as the development of data-sharing and problems existed. The practice of data sharing and lessens learned in other countries provides us with good reference in the implementation of data sharing of water information. Suggestions are made on how to develop model, standard and platform of data-sharing, which is of great value to the sharing of water information.
