耐热鸡新城疫V4苗对高母源抗体雏鸡的口服免疫试验

摘　　要：用两个剂量分别以拌料和连续添加的方式，对具新城疫高母源抗体的雏鸡进行耐热新城疫弱毒Ｖ４苗的口服免疫试验，并用Ⅳ系苗滴鼻滴眼免疫作对照．血清ＨＩ抗体测定结果显示，４个试验组的ＨＩ抗体水平在全程的８次测定中均较低且消长平缓，攻毒试验显示试验组与对照组相当，均具有较高的保护率．在进行免疫试验的同时，对试验鸡进行称重，经Ｖ４苗免疫的试验组的体重比对照组增加．Oral vaccination tests of a heat stable ND V4 vaccine were conducted as 4 groups of birds with high maternal antibody against ND were immunized with 2 different dosages through the ways of blending into (BⅠ,BⅡ ) or continous adding to feed (TⅠ, TⅡ), respectively Another group of birds which was vaccinated with La sota through dropping into noses and eyes was settled as control (CK) The results of serum HI antibody levels of 4 test groups of 8 times tested in the range of 60 days showed to be lower than that of the control But the challenge test showed the test groups had the same protection ratio as that of the control Besides, birds were weighted and the result showed the test group gained more weight than the control
