石羊河流域下游民勤县生态需水问题探讨

摘　　要：以石羊河下游的民勤县为研究区,在TM遥感影像资料的基础上,借助EARDAS,ARCINFO和ARC View等GIS现代化的高科技手段对民勤地区1987年和2000年两个时段的1∶10万遥感图像进行解译,采用"面积定额法"对其生态需水量进行了计算,最终估算出该区的生态需水量,再结合北部平原区的水资源利用现状,为区域水资源合理配置及开发和流域景观设计提供科学依据。Taking the Minqin County in the lower reaches of the Shiyang River as a study area, interpretation is made on 1：100000 remote sensing image of the Minqin area in 1987 and in 2000 based on data of TM remote sensing image, advanced GIS tools of EARDAS, ARCINFO and ARC View, and other modern advanced technologies. Environmental flow is calculated by means of ‘quota-area method＇, and the environmental flow of the area is obtained. This lays a solid foundation for optimized water resources allocation and design of landscape of the river basin based on conditions of water utilization in North plain of Shi Yang River Basin.
