摘  要:1994~1995和1997年应用日本血吸虫3类候选疫苗分别免疫绵羊,各组的减虫率、粪便虫卵减少率和组织(肝、大肠、小肠)的虫卵减少率分别是:虫体副肌球蛋白(n-paramyosin)组17.4%~55.3%,14.6%~68.1%和48.9%~76.7%;重组副肌球蛋白(r-paramyosin)组41.4%~44.2%,15.9%~25.1%和41.1%~48.0%;Sj26谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)组53.4%~62.1%,11.0%~38.6%和14.0%~65.0%;rSj28GST组61.4%~68.5%,22.9%~60.0%和39.0%~76.0%;重组日本血吸虫23ku大亲水区表膜蛋白(rSj23)组51.2%~66.1%,21.9%~58.4%和54.3%~76.7%。以ELISA检测免疫后的绵羊血清,3类抗原均诱发高水平的特异性IgG抗体,表明以上疫苗具有诱发绵羊产生保护性免疫的作用。Three types of vaccine candidates,recombinant paramyosin,Sj GST and Sj 23 of Schistosoma japonicum were used to immunize sheep in 1994,1995 and 1997,and marked reduction rates were obtained.The resulted mean worm reduction rates,mean reduction rates of fecal eggs,and mean reduction rates of eggs in tissues (liver,large intestine,small intestine) for n paramyosin vaccinated sheep group were 17.4%~55.3%,14.6%~68.1%,48.9%~76.7%,respectively;the corresponding reduction rates for r paramyosin group were 41.4%~44.2%,15.9%~25.1% and 41.1%~48.0%; for Sj 26 GST group, 53.4% ~62.1%,11.0%~38.6% and 14.0%~65.0%;for rSj 28 GST group,61.4%~68.5%,22.9%~60.0% and 39.09%~ 76.0%; for rSj 23 group,51.2%~66.1%,21.9%~58.4% and 54.3%~76.7%. Using ELISA detection sheep serum after immunity,high level of specific IgG was elicited by three antigens and showed that the above vaccine induced sheep to produce protective immunity.
