摘 要:对武钢5号高炉(3200m^3)大修停炉破损调查结果进行分析,重点考察了内衬和冷却壁的破损状况。5号高炉球墨铸铁冷却壁制造质量好,在采用软水密闭循环冷却的条件下,水管腐蚀、结垢比不用软水的高炉大为减轻,水管破损率低。炉缸、炉底交界处仍是侵蚀最严重部位,最小残存炭砖厚度仅有280~300mm。为减缓炉缸、炉底炭砖侵蚀,应采用高热导率的微孔、超微孔炭砖,提高炉缸、炉底的冷却强度,并采取措施减轻碱金属和锌的危害。A thorough investigation concerning the erosion of cooling staves and lining of 5BF in WISCO is described in this paper. Owing to the use of quality ductile cast staves, close - circuited soft water cooling system, the erosion and scaling of water pipes became less serious and the ratio of pipe damage was very low. However, the area of health and bottom interface was still in danger, the smallest residual thickness of hearth lining was only 280 - 300 mm. In order to release the erosion of hearth and bottom lining, it is necessary to use mieroporous or super - mieroporous carbon bricks, to intensify the cooling of hearth and bottom lining, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of alkalis and zink by suitable measures.
