摘 要:研究了1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑{[BMIM][R],R=[Br],[PF6],[HSO4],[H2PO4]}类离子液体(ILs)在邻苯二甲酰亚胺(1)的N-烷基化反应中的相转移催化作用。考察了ILs的结构及用量、反应温度和反应时间、卤代烃(2)的结构及用量、溶剂等对N-烷基化反应的影响。最佳反应条件为:120mmol,n(1)∶n(2)∶n(ILs)∶n(K2CO3)=1.0∶1.5∶0.1∶1.5,在1,4-二氧六环中于80℃反应3h,收率86.7%。Phase-transfer catalysis action of 1-n-buty-3-methylimidazole cation ionic liquids (ILs) { [ BMIM] [ R], R = [ Br], [ PF6 ], [ HSO4 ], [ H2PO4 ] }in N-alkylation of phthalimide were inves- tigated. The factors of influencing N-alkylation rate were discussed, such as structure and amount of ILs, reaction temperature and reaction time, structure and amount of halohydrocarbon (2), solvent. The optimal reaction conditions at 80 ℃ for 3.0 h were as follows: 1 was 20 mmol ; n ( 1 ) : n (2) : n (ILs) : n( K2CO3 ) = 1.0 : 1.5 : 0.1 : 1.5 ; solvent was 1,4-dioxane. The yield was 86.7% under the optimal reaction conditions.
