摘  要:在微波无溶剂辐射条件下,以猪去氧胆酸为隔离基,芳香族化合物为手臂合成了一类新型手性分子裂缝,其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。考察了微波辐射条件对反应的影响,结果表明,以固体K2CO3为载体,于460W辐射4min,收率最高(90%)。A novel type of chiral molecular tweezers were synthesized by using hyodeoxycholic acid as a spacer and aromatic compounds as a arm in solvent-free under microwave irradiation. Their struc- tures were confirmed by ^1 H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The effect of microwave irradiation conditions on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the yield of product was 90% at 460 W for 4 min using K2CO3 as a supporter.
